In just 27 years, Tirupati Industries has expanded its machining area from 2000 sq.ft to more than 10000 sq.ft. Currently, we have in-house CNC thread milling, drilling, turning, face grinding, hacksaw cutting, polishing, and welding operations. In no time we will be also having Nitriding and Deep hole facility as well. If we talk about departments, then our shop floor is divided into various segments such as designing, inventory, production, quality inspection, sales, and procurement as well as R&D. All of these departments work together to provide you the best quality of screw barrels on time.

In 1994, Mr. Kamlesh C. Patel, at 29 years old, left his job and Tirupati Industries was born in Ahmedabad, India. Back then, it was just a small factory on rent, where Mr. Patel started with 1 Lathe and 1 Milling machine. The first product was a set of single screw barrel for the pipe extruder fitted with a groove feed. That first screw barrel set became the prime reason for the present growth. The tag of Best Screw Barrel Manufacturer in Ahmedabad was given by our beloved customers, who trusted our quality in the beginning and gave us the chance.
In just 6 years, Tirupati Industries had established its presence in the screw barrel manufacturing industry. By the end of the year 2000, Tirupati Industries was having its land of 2000 sq ft and more than 6 machines. Under the guidance of Mr. Patel, We started manufacturing Counter-rotating Twin Screw Barrel. We were also providing the Bimetallic Twin Screw Barrel with TC coating and that’s what made us the Bimetallic Screw Barrel Manufacturer. In just 6 years we had more than 300 customers.
By the end of the year 2010, Tirupati Industries had expanded its production area to over 6000 sq ft. At this point we knew that we are good at manufacturing screw barrels, so we procured all the necessary machines to expand our in-house manufacturing capabilities. From the beginning, the quality of our screw barrel was our main priority, and due to that reason, we found our growth in exporting our screw barrel to other countries. We have exported to more than 10 countries by 2010. We open a research and development department to increase the quality standards of our screw barrel.
Tirupati Industries had never stopped growing. In 20 years, we had a great experience in the screw barrel manufacturing business. In the year 2015, we had more than 900 customers and we had exported more than 500 sets of screw barrel to the world. By this point, we had 18 precision manufacturing machines. Due to the hard work of our engineers, we customized the designs of our screw barrel to produce even more throughput with a longer life span. We also started implementing lean manufacturing for better production efficiency and improvised quality standards.
At the present Tirupati Industries has increased its production area above 10,000 sq ft. We have more than 20 machines. The Nitriding furnace facility and the CNC deep hole machine are also on the planning list. Our customer list has crossed the mark of 1500 and we make sure we do not lose a single customer over the quality of our products and service. Tirupati Industries has collaborated with Wintech Industries, who are a pioneer in manufacturing all types of extrusion plants. Due to our lean manufacturing implementation and higher quality standards, we have confidence in our products for a better run.
