RPVC Extrusion Plant Die

At Tirupati Industries, We Manufacturer PVC extrusion die up to 315 mm Pipe size For PVC Pipe Extrusion Plant.

Design: Spider design, which balances the melt flow by providing a more uniform exit velocity across the entire die exit.

Features:

  • High volume low pressure design ensures vast thickness range
  • Uniform melt distribution throughout the entire pipe circumference
  • Twin die heads for higher outputs in smaller diameters
  • Extruders utilization from 80-100% even with smaller pipes
  • Elimination of continuous spider marks (ID to OD) allowing better mechanical properties of the pipe
  • Ideal residence time profile with selective temperature control on the sensitive material
