At Tirupati industries, Each Twin Barrel is fitted with Sleeve Fitted Front Barrel to increase the life of Screw Barrel. In Screws, the Metering section goes under heavy wear. The Screws are protected with Bimetallic coating and in order to protect the Barrel, It is fitted with a Front Barrel with HSS M2 Grade sleeve in it.
